What I Can Do for You

Renovation Real Estate

1. ARE THERE PARTICULAR TYPES OF REAL ESTATE AGENTS THAT SPECIALIZE IN RENOVATION?

Except for Renovation Real Estate.org, there are virtually no real estate agents that specialize in renovation properties. A renovation loan and the processes are very complex and specialized; therefore, only some agents are qualified. At Renovation Real Estate.org, we have over 30 years of experience and over 2000 renovation projects we have been involved with, thereby making your property's purchase and sale streamlined.

2. WHAT DOES RENOVATION REAL ESTATE.ORG DO TO HELP ME SELL MY HOUSE?

We are a full-service real estate agency, not a discount broker. When you hire us to help you sell your home, we will inspect your property first to determine what needs to be done to increase and obtain the maximum sales value. With that information, we can estimate the cost involved in the upgrades or improvements to your home. We would consult with you on how these improvements could benefit you and how they could be paid for. Additionally, we would market your home on every media platform available today. If you're home needs improvements, we can stage your house not in a traditional manner of staging but in renovation staging. Let’s say, for example, your home needs a new roof and new finished floor products on the interior. We would provide roofing and interior flooring samples to be made available to any person who would preview your home. We would provide them with the cost estimates for these improvements. We have found out over the years that by doing renovation staging, we are helping to paint a picture of what a home could look like by providing tangible products for a person to view. Our inspection would also be made available to any person to consider purchasing your home.

3. HOW CAN RENOVATION REAL ESTATE HELP ME IN BUYING A HOME?

As the agent representing you in purchasing a new home, we have a slightly different outlook on acquiring a home for you. First, we would ensure that you were loan qualified, and then we would listen to what you want and desire in a new home. Our unique approach is very different from that of a traditional real estate agent. A traditional real estate agent will first find out what you're qualified for and then show you homes at the top price range of your qualifications. With that being the case, you may find a home that meets all of your needs and desires, although you cannot purchase the house because it may need thousands of dollars worth of work, and you cannot qualify for the purchase. We do just the opposite, we know what your qualification is for purchase, and we begin looking at homes that may be 50K to $100,000 less than your Max purchase price, although the homes that will be looking out for you are in the neighborhood, the school district, and location that you desire. We have helped countless people find the home of their dreams by doing a renovation loan that meets or exceeds their expectations. Sometimes that dream house could be the ugly duckling on the block. It just needs upgrades and improvements to make it the home you desire and the beauty of the block.

4. CAN MY RENOVATION REAL ESTATE AGENT HELP ME BUY NEW CONSTRUCTION OR A HOME THAT DOES NOT NEED WORK?

Even though we specialize in renovation properties, we have all of the necessary skills, expertise, and knowledge to help you purchase any property, whether it needs work or not. Think for a moment about whom you would want to help you. An agent that has inspected over 15,000 properties in a 30-year career and has been a real estate agent during those 30 years or a real estate agent and has countless people buy and sell homes or one who touts being an expert but does not have the background and experience.
